I was very excited this morning - I have hit my first milestone. I have lost 10% of my body weight - 14 pounds!
I am now at 126 (and only 3 pounds away from being at a healthy BMI)!

Congratulations! That is one of THE best milestones. After I read up on it and how much it reduces your risk for all sorts of diseases, it gave me a huge boost of motivation. Good luck with your next goal!
