Default It's actually coming off

Hey guys,

Weighed myself and it's finally coming off. Thank you Lord. Been taking bootcamp style fitness classes once a week. Walk/run club on another day and I do long runs on Saturdays. Been logging my food in fitday and staying at a healthy range for food and it's coming off. I'm so happy. I can feel the difference in my energy and my face has even shrunken a little. Thank you Lord! I'm so happy!

Know that you can do it. It is not a question of willpower. I have none of that. It is a question of willingness. What are you willing to do to reach your goals? No matter what your situation, no matter what your history you can be successful and improve your health and physical fitness. You can never be defeated until you quit.~anon

Yay! Congratulations and keep at it! The ENERGY is the first thing I remember when I first started to see any noticeable loss on my clothes, not just on the scale.
