Got on the scale today after procrastinating for 2 weeks and fearing what that number might be since I last weighed myself almost a year ago....
Pleasantly suprised... 14 pounds lighter than my last weight.
With that motivation in hand today is the start of my first mini-goal.
10lbs down and that will put me at 240lbs. I also plan to take at least three 30 minute walks this week...
Man its scary to actually write those numbers.
Time for change
