I am almost at the 20lb weight loss mark and I am so Excited!! What is even more exciting is that I haven't really started incorporating excercise yet!! I started eating mostly whole foods back in November and really cut down my portion sizes. I am trying to make realistic changes that I will really be able to stick to for the rest of my life. This week I started going for hour long walks every other day. I feel great and have so much energy which is really exciting because it just makes you want to do more!
Also planning to start attending an adult ballet class which is something I've been telling myself I was going to do since I graduated from HS back in 2002!
Success is such a great feeling and this forum is so motivating and inspiring!
