After three weeks of gaining .4 then losing .6 twice, I was getting really frustrated being so darn close to losing that 20 pounds.
Because of finances I have switched to going to my meeting every other Saturday but am really careful about tracking everything.
I was extremely careful this week and even added an extra gym day hoping to break the plateau cycle.
Well it worked! I went in to my meeting this morning knowing I had to lose 1.8 lbs to hit that 20 pounds lost number.
I got on the scale holding my breath and was thrilled when my leader said, "You did it! You've lost 2.8 lbs which means you've lost 21 lbs!"
I am so darned proud of myself. What a wonderful feeling to know that I've done this. I made the decisions that have gotten me this far!! YEAH ME!!!!!!
