Default 40 LBS DOWN! Birthday goal met!
Hey everyone, I still have a long way to go but I set a birthday mini-goal of 275 and my birthday is in mid-May. I chose that because I wanted to set myself up for success but I didn't know I would get there so soon...now I can set a whole new goal for mid-may !

I weighed in today at 274.8!

I am so happy because I haven't been this weight since before my daughter was born nearly 5 years ago! Going to change my ticker now...

Thanks all I was happy -- stayed on plan today so no 'celebrating' with food (as in the past).
