Ok so I got curious and weighed myself this morning (my actual day is Monday.) My goal for the month of April was to go from 228 to 218. As of this morning I was 218.6!!! I am so excited because my next goal is 208 sooo I have a head start on it I am hoping to be out of the 200's by the end of May (June 3rd). But yeah, Just wanted to share my excitement!!
Weigh loss goals: *** Start a healthy exercise habit (Done) *** Weigh 175 lbs (Done) *** Weigh 165 lbs (no longer obese) *** Weigh 155 (half way to my final goal) *** Weigh 150 lbs (closer to no longer overweight) *** Weigh 140 lbs (no longer over weight) *** Weigh 120lbs (Final GOAL!!!) ***
