As I browse through the mini goals and goals met, I am very encouraged. The thing that drives me everyday is that life itself has changed with the weight I've gained. So by hook or by crook=hard work, I needed to alter my eating habits for a healthier me.
I'm proud to say that 10 lbs. are gone, and I'm looking forward to a reward for reaching mini goals. Haven't quite decided what, but I'm just excited to be able to celebrate sans food.
