Default 10 lbs at a time.
I have an overall goal, but have decided to celebrate every 10 lbs by "giving" myself a treat of a couple of Oreo cookies.

I'm down 12 lbs as of this morning. And have broken 290!

I have not achieved my frist mini goal which will at 175, but after that my mini goals are also 10 lbs.
