Since I'm working on going down in size I focus on inches lost rather than pounds lost. I don't really weigh myself on a schedule. I weighed myself at the gym a couple of weeks ago because no one was around and weighed less that I thought I weighed.
Yesterday no one was around so I jumped on the scale to see if there was at least 5lbs lost and 8 would be good. How bout I had lost 15 pounds. 15 whole pounds, I wanted to scream but I contained myself. I was so excited, I went home, cooked dinner, ate and got up and cleaned the kitchen.
Thanks everyone. I am really enjoying this journey. My husband is a great support and has been making sure I'm not missing workouts. When he's not doing that he is on calorie patrol. You all have been very helpful by encouraging and supporting me as well. THANKS!!!
