I have been waiting to post until I met my last mini goal which happened this morning-
First Mini goal- Go to the gym regularly (meaning at least 5-6 times a week) for 21 days- It takes 21 days to create a habit Accomplished on 2/11/10!
Second Mini goal- Make it out of the 220's Accomplished on 2/16/10 weighed in at 218!!
Woo! Today is a great day! AND I am starting the "Y not be a loser" program at the YMCA I goto tonight- soo excited! It will hold me accountable to keep going!
