Today i have lost 17 pounds! Whooo
but this means i have only lost 2 pounds in February
my goal was 10 pounds per month i don't think i will make this goal this month but i can always try to catch up right.
January i lost 15 pounds! i am eatting 1200 calories a day and starting tmro i am going to start working out! I have bought the biggest loser game for wii and have wii fit and a treadmill.
any sugestions for other exercises i could do at home ?? i like to mix it up and any tips about the biggest loser game?
