Today was three big mental hoorays for me:
1) I am now at 24.9 for my BMI.
2) I was height/weight(ed) today and met standards without being taped - for body fat. (I am in the Army).
3) I have lost 1/3 of my weight loss goal.
Now I just have to figure out where to set my sights next
