Default 33.33333% of the way there ;)

Today was three big mental hoorays for me:

1) I am now at 24.9 for my BMI.

2) I was height/weight(ed) today and met standards without being taped - for body fat. (I am in the Army).

3) I have lost 1/3 of my weight loss goal.

Now I just have to figure out where to set my sights next

Excellent work! Congrats! The tape measure sucks so bad. In the Air Force, they used to tape us at waist, hips, and neck. Is that how they do it in the Army? Now, they just grab the abdominal circumference, which is odd, but I think less embarrassing.

Oh, congratulations!!! When I was active I don't think I ever passed a WI w/o being taped. That's totally awesome!!

It used to be wrists, forearms, neck, and then hips.

Now, it's neck, waist, and hips.
