I was encouraged to come here on 3fc and see that I met another mini-goal!

I lost 2.1 pounds at my weigh in this morning and I was really hoping for more. I wasn't totally bummed, but I must admit I was a little bummed. But then I came online and saw that I met a mini-goal! I'm really glad I set my mini-goals close together because I am meeting them and that is keeping me going!

Congrats!!!!! For me that first little bit was the hardest because it seemed so easy to get discouraged and quit. Having mini-goals close together is a great idea and it's fun being able to post your success (plus it's a huge motivation for us readers). Keep up the great work!!!!!
