So, I am new to fat chicks. I don't believe in "dieting" because it's messed up our minds and bodies throughout time but I do believe in eating right and eating only when you're hungry. I have lost 8 pounds in about two months (last year) just from eating only when hungry and stopping before you're "full". I am going against everything in my mind by choosing to go on the "Alli" weight loss. But I do believe it provides a benefit by terrifying you about junking out.
And, I believe in exercise. This weekend, for the first time ever, I did 8.26 miles. I am so proud of myself. Next weekend, it's the 1/2 marathon- wish me luck!
