So I had a slack Christmas, barely exercised and over ate waaaaay too much. After the New Year I was feeling a little deflated, but I dusted myself off and got back on track. I weighed in and I am down to 192 - just 12 lbs from my goal - I haven't weighed this 'little'
in years! So I feel pretty good. I will be so happy when I get to 180. I know I will feel great and I know I will want to set a new goal, but for now I am celebrating the fact that I am officially the lightest I've been in years - gotta acknowledge the small stuff right?
