Default I'm staying within my calorie count!

It's a very mini goal, but I'm sticking with my calorie count of 1525-1575 calories! Considering before I started writing down what I ate my average was approximately 1800-1900 calories, I am a happy camper!

Hey, it's not that mini - by being able to do that, you'll be more successful at losing weight and ultimately reaching your goal - GOOD FOR YOU!
