Default I'm 1/3rd of the way there!!!

In the last two weeks I have not lost a pound. I was a little sad about this b/c I was definitely eating well/right, but the scale wouldn't budge. Well, I weighed myself this morning and FINALLY I have lost 1.4 pounds for a total of 13.4 pounds. I am 1/3rd of the way to my goal weight. IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! And im starting to see the weight loss in my face. Just want to express my excitement!!!

thanks guys!

YAY - good for you - you deserve to be excited - you worked hard and earned the right to celebrate!

Keep up the good work and don't let the scale psyche you out - it's like it knows you watching and then it just sneaks the loss in when you've almost given up - naughty scale!

Keep us posted - only 2/3 to go - we'll all be here to cheer you on!

It's so exciting when you can say "a third of the way there", "half way there", etc. Well done!
