Default Met my first mini-goal: I lost 10 pounds!! (and did it during the holidays!!!)

I can't believe it, but i did it! I started this journey during what most people would say is a HORRIBLE time to try to lose weight. But I beat the odds and went from my high point of 189 to my lowest yet of 179!! I lost ten pounds during the time of year that most people gain 5-10! yay!!

I'm so happy today!
Thank you everyone for your help so far!!

<3, Jess

Keep that mentality!!!! Every pound lost is a battle won and even if you falter, you forgive yourself and get right back on track. Congratulations.
