First 50 lbs gone!
 

So today is Christmas Eve and it's also Thursday which is my weigh in day. I have really struggled this holiday season and it's been really tough to stick to plan. I have tried not to be so tough on myself, but I was really disappointed in some of my slip ups. I decided that this week I wasn't going to worry about it, afterall it's Christmas! I got on the scale this morning and I have officially hit the 50 lb. mark! I am so excited! Even though I know I could have done better and I know I could have lost more, I am so proud of myself. I am also so lucky to have found this site. Whenever I had questions or just needed to get back on track, I always came here and you guys have always helped me and for that I am grateful! I am almost halfway to my ultimate goal and only 9 lbs from Onderland! I feel awesome and just wanted to share with the people who have helped me tremendously! Thank you! :hug:

Doesn't it feel GREAT to have finally lost that 50lbs??? I know it did for me!!!! Don't beat yourself up for not staying on plan perfectly, hey, life is not perfect, go with the flow and adjust to what is before you and you will do fine :) Merry Christmas!!!
