was to be able to do the hour long interval program on my elliptical . . . and I just did it today!
It's taken me a while to build up to it, usually I get off at 45-50 minutes, but today I decided Im not stopping till it tells me too.
Feels great too . . . thought I'd share. . . . the next mini is to be under 200 so 13 pounds to go.
