I got on the scale this morning and I dropped another pound!
I'm so excited that I'm half way to my goal!!! I've lost 37 lbs.!!! I've been working my butt off and dragging myself to the gym almost every single day. I've also been counting my calories, which is the best thing EVER for me!
It takes the guess work completely out of it. I stopped drinking Diet Coke and I rarely have a mini frozen yogurt....very rarely. I don't miss it! I'm still in my size 16 jeans because I'm a pear shape, but I would say that on top, I'm probably a 12 at this point. Anyway, I just got overly excited and felt I just HAD to post this here because I doubt I could have done it without this place and all these wonderful members who are not only extremely thoughtful, but also extremely helpful.
First goal: under 180:
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
