Default One-fifth of the way there!

I started off needing to lose 160 pounds, and now I have lost 32! Now, to just do this four more times...

I'm just glad I broke that plateau. I had been hovering at 30 for weeks!

Thanks! Heather, I have been counting calories and moderate exercise. I use fitday.com to monitor everything. I started off at 1800 calories a day, but at the advice of the nutritionist at my dr's office, I bumped it down to 1600 to break through my plateau. In addition to counting calories, I've been doing my best to make sure I get tons and tons of veggies and fruit and plenty of fiber and water. I walk a couple miles after dinner at least 4 times a week and play tennis once or twice a week, as weather permits. I know over 300 lbs seems like a weight that one wouldn't be running around playing tennis at, but I am very tall and carry it all very well.
