I weigh myself only once a week now, I was really bad about weighing daily. I had my boyfriend hide my scale for me this week. I have been working out and eating right. Well I started on 11/2/2009 for the last time lol, it's now been 3.5 weeks and I have lost my first 10lbs. I am officially down to 239.00 YAY!
