Smile No Longer Morbidly Obese, Woohoo!!!

At my last weigh-in, on Friday the 13th () I got the good news that I am no longer classified as morbidly obese. I broke the 240 pound mark and am down to 236. Next BMI goal: overweight.

Managing blood glucose through diet and exercise (no meds) since 09/06/09. Began Omnifast diet through weight management center on 09/02/09.
