Awesome!!! You can definitely make your long term goals! Just keep hitting those short term ones! The healthier and more disciplined you are for longer, the easier it will get!

Thank you, everyone. Not only for the encouragement, but for making this community such a great place for support. I can definitely say that without 3FC, my weight loss journey would be much more difficult.
