I started trying to eat healthy again last Monday and exercising as well. When I started I was up to 249.00 probably 250. I got on the scale this morning, a week and half later and it said 243 YAY!!! Seriously 6 lbs in a little over a week, I will take it!!! I was hoping like 2-3 lbs a week. lol. I feel like I can really do it this time, I am on a roll.
