Talking 31 lbs Gone Forever!!!

I finally made it to my first mini goal. Which was to lose 30 lbs. So far I've lost 31 lbs. I've went from a Size 24 to a 22 in jeans and I can fit in some 20's but they are still a little to snug. I am super excited about this. It has been slow and steady but I'm losing it and that is what matters. I am excited about the future and I already feel better not just physically but mentally. I feel like for the first time in almost 6 years of being overweight that I can do this. I gained a lot of weight after the birth of my daughter from taking meds. I went from 222 already overweight to 307. I am down now to 276.

I am following the principles taught in the book "Thin Within" and it is paying off. Which is intuitive eating. Thank you so much for all of you that post your inspirational stories. They are real pick me ups when things are going a little slow and I need to be reminded that it is going to happen for me too!!! I love reading about others successes. My next goal is 30 more lbs. Which will total 60 lbs. I have a long way to go but I am enthused that I can do it. I will post some pics then.
