Default Pics of 20 lbs lost!
So I took a bunch of pics at the beginning of my journey. I already did a face comparison post and now it's time for the body pics(*gulp*). You all get to see my tummy! I apologize ahead of time for the length of this post; I don't know how to make the photos smaller. These pics in black are of me at 243 lbs in June with different views:










These next ones are about 20 lbs later. I can see a difference, albeit a small one.

You look fabulous.... I've lost almost 50 pounds and I don't think I look different at all... I wish I would have done the whole picture thing when I started so I could compare

Mini Goal: 199 lbs BMI= 32.1 (Achieved 4/8/10)
Mini Goal: 185 lbs BMI= 29.9 (Achieved 6/4/10
Mini Goal: 154 lbs BMI= 24.9 (Normal Weight!!!! Achieved 10/5/10)
Goal Weight: 135 lbs BMI= 21.8

You can see it most in the sideways shot with your shirt up. There is definitely a difference. Keep up the good work.

omg lucky you ! you can defff se a differance !! i too wish i had taken proper pics for the "before" i used to hide from the camera at all costs ... now i wish i had taken some pics because im getting discouraged as im not seeing ANY progress .... ughhh !!!! advice to all of you ... get over it and take some b4 pixs ... nothing more motivational than that !

Oh, I can see a difference - albeit a BIG one!!!
Congrats on the weight you've lost so far - it really looks like a lot more than 20 pounds - you've lost a bunch of inches as well - how great is that?!!

You can TOTALLY see a difference on the sideways shot, especially!!! I'm JEALOUS... I lose first on my sides, not on my width.... so I get narrower, but from the side I still look as wide as before (well, maybe not AS much, but still!) ... You're so lucky!

Thanks ladies! It's so nice to hear from an outside source because it's always harder to tell weight loss from ones own perspective. It's kinda weird seeing these huge pictures of my tummy jiggle lol!

Looking at all of your tickers, you chickies seem to be doing a wonderful job as well! I can't wait until we are all at goal!
