Default 53 pounds is a lot!

So yeah, I've lost 53 pounds since January. ::::waits for applause to die down::: Heheheh.

Sometimes it doesn't feel like it though. Or I'll think, "53 isn't really THAT much." But just now, I carried in a case of bottled fizzy water from the car. There are 30 bottles in the case and I could barely wrestle the thing in from the car. So I weighed one of the bottles and it was 18.8 ounces. 18.8 times 30....that's 564 ounces, or 35.25 pounds. Holy cow! I could barely lift it, could barely carry it....and I've lost all that, PLUS another 18 or so pounds.

So yeah, 53 is pretty good, huh!??

Short-Term Goal

One dancer for each 5 lbs lost!

Keep bowing -we're all still clapping! Yaay!!

PRETTY GOOD?? - 53 pounds is MAJOR - really! Plus those 53 are history, baby and you're that much closer to your goal! How exciting is that?!

Thanks for sharing - hearing that kind of result is a great boost for those of us at the beginning of our challenge - plus it's really fun to celebrate success.

Keep up the good work - you're almost there - your "Goal" story is just about written!
