I know this goal isn't entirely my first mini-goal, but it is definitely an accomplishment that I'm proud of. I finished my first whole week of healthier eating and exercise. I exercised 6 days this week-and loved it!
My first week on my new journey...I lost 5 pounds! Great success! You guys in here are awesome! I love 3FC!!! Thank you for letting me share! Now on to week 2! =)
