Default Another mini goal achieved - yippee!
Have this weekend achieved my next mini goal - I am now under 11 stone!! Next one to go for now is to 150lb. Also went shopping today and bought a UK size 12 designer jacket - and was told by a fellow shopper that it looked fab - a great feeling!
Am enjoying the feeling when I have to enter a lower figure when the gym machine wants my weight - even though it means I have to do more to burn the same calories!

Now to work towards the 150lb!

Congrats on meeting your mini goal - you'll be reaching your goal weight before you know it - it's right around the corner!

Next mini goal achieved - today I weighed in at 150lb exactly - and it feels great!! BMI now nearer normal than obese!

Next mini goal is to try to get to 145lb for the work Christmas party - 4 and a half weeks to achieve it in!

:c arrot: (9 kilos - or 36 packs of butter!!)

PS - any tell me how I edit my tracker?
