30lbs down! (Still 23 more to go)
Howdy all!
Just wanted to give a big giant group hug to all of the wonderful people on this board whose support and friendship have been helping me be successful (finally!) in losing weight. I've lost 30lbs since May and am planning on losing the remaining 23 or so by January. I've definitely had the occasional slip along the way (encounters with cinnamon bears and garlic bread stand out as well as the odd lazy no-exercise Sunday tv-a-thon) but am trying to stick to around 1400 cal/day and exercising 4-5 times a week.
