Default Feeeeeling gooood!!

Great even!! I started my lifestyle change on the 7th of September, and since then I've lost 10 lbs!! I have this new motivation that I've never had before, and I've tried SOOO many diets in my short 21 years and this is the only thing that has truly worked!
It's all thanks to my support buddy, my BEST FRIEND and my inspiration, Rachel! I'm on my way to my goal, and there's no looking back!
It feels soooo goood!!!

It's all thanks to YOU! YOU did it! Rachel might have been there to support you, and she sounds like a wonderful friend. She certainly has the title of "the wind beneath your wings", but YOU did the work! Way to go!
