I'm a very new member here!
Attempting a weight loss of 35 lbs over the next three months, just in time for the new year.
I already have lost 7 lbs,
and I finally have a BMI that is considered normal! It feels so good and I feel better about myself.
I'm trying to lose it the right way and keep it off. My mini goal for the rest of this month is to get past the boundary in my mind--and get to 140lbs (and below!)
