Post Getting ready to hit my 30lbs weight loss mark!

I weighed myself tonight- I dont own a scale nor will I ever. We have a scale similar to the scales found in Dr's offices, in our gym at work. I am down to 290!!! I have really made myself more accountable this week than other weeks, and it is paying off. Hard...heck ya but I am more motivated to stick to my "no candy" pact I made here @3fc's w/ Halloween coming.

I want to wait until I have hit the 50lb mark before I post photo's...Just wanted to share!
