My first goal was a 10% loss and I finally hit that yesterday! 20 lbs down and still going strong! My next goal will be another 10% so around 18-19 lbs. It took me about 7 weeks for this one but I am betting it wil be slower going from here. Thats okay though...my long term goal is 140 and I am shooting for March when I turn the (gasp) dreaded 45!
