3 birds, one stone
 

So today I weighed in at 224!

The significance of this weight is threefold:

1) It's the lowest weight I've been since I moved to Raleigh last June.
2) It's more than 10 percent of my starting weight.
3) It's the first time since 2007 that my BMI has been under 40.

I'm seeing subtle differences in my clothes and I've had to put away a pair of jeans into a box marked for possible maternity wear if I become so lucky next year. That's the ONLY way I'm ever wearing those jeans again!
