50 lbs down!
 

i have now lost 50 lbs, and am thrilled! (i still have a lot more to go, but this is such a lovely milestone.) i am very proud of all my hard work, and will keep plugging away along my journey.

i have been doing this for 9 months now, and probably am at about mid-way to goal at this point. i went from a 26w to a size 16w, and it feels very good. i don't think i would feel comfortable posting pics at this point yet, but i do know that i don't worry anymore about seeing myself in a mirror at home, or in a store, and that is a huge change for me. :)
