Congrats to you on running a mile! I am on week 5 of the couch25K program and at first I thought I would die if I ran for three minutes straight. Now I am doing it and it feels great.

Keep going!

Default I should follow-up....

and admit that I tried running the same distance the next day, and did indeed (again) feel like death was imminent. lol No idea why it was easily accomplished one day and not the next.
But I still kept going, with many more breaks...lol
This weight loss thing is NO FUN!
