First mini-goal: CHECK!
This is a "true" mini-goal! lol My first goal that I made for myself was to be able to wearl all current clothes comfortably. All my clothes had been getting tighter and my "fat" clothes were even starting to fit snug.
Today I put on a pair of my normal dress pants and they zipped up just fine...no wedgie pull in the booty! lmao My "fat" clothes are starting to fit like they should.
A happy day. I pull in 20 minutes on a stationary bike everyday (twice a day) and at least 20-30 minutes of target exercises (arms, buns, legs, abs), 5days a week.
