I have reached my 10% loss goal, down 20 pounds in 10 weeks and have not felt deprived!
My healthier eating is trickling down to my children and they are checking off their food pyrmaid servings and water everyday. My 10 DD commented that "healthy food looks fancier" and she is right. We make pretty plates of colorful food and reasonable portions and we sit at the table and eat on purpose instead of mindlessly noshing chips in front of the TV.
My measurements before were 48-40-48 and now I am 44-35-44
I have Doritos going stale!! That has never happened to me before, I have gone from a two bag a week habit to this bag that is probably three weeks old sitting there going bad!
Plus, my compost pile is doing well with all the trimmings from the fruits and veggies we have been eating.
