I've made it one full week without a single cheat. Not-a-one. In the past, if I'd cheat, I'd throw the towel in on the whole day and suffer the guilt the next day. This week, I've made allowances for treats, so I've not cheated once. Thus, I never threw in the towel and haven't had to deal with "morning after" guilt! At the beginning of the week I figured out that I cannot go through an entire week w/out a mocha. So, I make one at home using skim milk and no whipped cream, and budget those calories in. Now I get my "dessert" in the evening and the scale is still moving downward. YAY!
