heyyy

i'm new to the forums...i am trying to get under 200 pounds which I have been under only once in the past ten years and I'm 25! I'm 205lbs down from 230lbs and I'm trying to stay motivated because this weight is around where I usually used to quit all of my diets = (

Glad to be on these forums I've been a reader for a long time and finally posted
