84 lbs lost
 

I've lost 83.8 lbs since December 30th, 2008 :D

Not much to tell except diet, excersize, and surgery, lol. Surgery is not as easy as everyone thinks if a person lacks the genes to have a proper metabolism, lol. The weight loss is just normal hard now instead of physically impossible. I've been morbidly obese since 3.5 years old. No weight loss programs worked. When I had a growth spurt in 8th-9th grade, I was 170 lbs and stayed the same weight, but it appeared as though I had lost. Starving myself and excersizing 2 hours a day helped me maintain, but it's not healthy. I'm glad I have the opportunity to lose weight in a normal and healthy way.
