Talking Ran my 1st 5k!!

This weekend I accomplished a major goal.. I ran an entire 5k race! No walk breaks and I finished in 34:04! I have come to really love the atmosphere of the race scene. This was my 3rd race but the 1st time I ran the whole thing. I have another 5k in September and am going to attempt a 10k in October!

Congrats! That's awesome (and so fast)! I can't wait 'til I can actually "run" a whole 5K.

Way to go! That's amazing. I can't imagine running for that long. haha Great job.

How'd you start out with the running? (duration, length, outdoors/treadmill, etc)
