Red face Almost 50 LBS Lost!

I was 55 LBS. down but put back 8 LBS. I'm trying to get remotivated. I kept off about 47.5 LBS. My Goal for the end of July is 199 LBS. I'm going on vacation in a few days so nervous about that.

What ever your plan remember that you on vacation! It's suppose to be fun. I find that if I go with an everyother day approch that I don't find myself over endulging. Eat what you like one day and the next watch what you eat the next. Hope this helps. Good luck.
