Default 40 pounds gone!

I can hardly believe it! I began this journey at the end of March and am amazed at the process so far.

When I started, I don't think I really believed that I could ever actually reach my goal weight. I was pleased enough at the thought of losing a bit to feel better.

Now I do actually believe that I can get there if I want to! It's an amazing feeling...I just wanted to share

I am just a half a pound away from entering the 220's. Onederlnd no longer seems SO far away!

Thanks to all of you who have shared your stories and offered support. It has been SO helpful!
