In the past week or two, I reached my halfway-point goal of 35 lbs. Only 35 more to lose!
It has taken me just about 6 months to lose it so far, and the weight loss didn't start to really happen until I started running. So, yay for running!
I went from barely being able to run for a minute to running 4-5 days a week. My big goal is to run my first 5k in September, and then ultimately I'd like to run a half marathon or full marathon.. but that's a few years away!
