Yay! I have already lost 12 pounds, and I just started my diet/exercise regime 8 days ago. I have been eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercising for about 10-15 minutes a day for 2 days a week: pilates and dance. I feel so much better. I dropped my calories from 2200 a day to 1400-1600 a day. I can't believe I consumed that much! I can consume twice as much eating veggies and fruit, whole grains, nuts, and lean protien. Plus, my skin is starting to clear up. Thanks everyone for the support. I can't wait to get under 200!
